`ICE PICE` – UPS AND DOWNS TO SUCCESS

Our colleague Manjunath alias VCN Manju is executive producer of ‘Ice Pice’ Kannada cinema by producer Suresh Muthappa that went on the floor on Monday morning at Kanteerava studios.

VCN Manju instruments in uniting all for an entertaining film starring very popular actor Rangayana Raghu in the lead role is aiming for good cinema. Rangayana Raghu is like ocean in acting. We try to give a new route to his existing image and hope everyone would like it stated Manju.

Suresh Muthappa in the production of ABCL of Amitabh Bachchan for eight long years is also in to construction side. He has worked for mega serials from ABCL like ‘Aasare’. My friend debut director Shiva Saikrishna  has prepared a good script and I am ready to invest Rs.2 crore plus.

Six songs of this film are scored by Sagar Nagabhushan. Hugging his friend Shiv Saikrishna director of the film he wept for a few seconds because of the trouble faced and struggle put in materializing today.

Shiva Saikrishna working in the camp of Shivaprabhu is turning independent. It is about the hide and seeks play of children but the title ‘Ice Pice’ has nothing to do with the title.

The man curiously awaited to talk Rangayana Raghu is dancing, romancing (around Neethu I would run – she is Dundu Mallige Naanu Kenda Sampige) and doing some action. It is not like Vijay or Darshan. To my capacity I am doing. Looking fashionable with hairdo and costumes RR has totally different role to play. I have liked the concept but I have not been given full narration of the screenplay he says. In Rama Rama Raghu Rama and Aithalakkadi I was hero but this one is totally different one. I will be in creative field. The happening is inside the house and variations.

Sindhu Rao from Mysore completing her education BBM is coming to cinema. After traditional role I will modern too she says.

Gauri Venkatesh cameraman of over 50 films is happy with the family subject of this ‘Ice Pice’. Shivaprasad is editor, Kaladhar is fashion designer, Sada is choreographer, hair dresser if Naresh.

One of the six songs written by Dr HS Venkateshamurthy will be utilized for this film.
